Events of the Episode
- Padmini tells Madhu that it RK who destroyed your life and humiliated before the entire world. And RK answers that Yes, he did all those things but Madhu came back because Love is Great enough to overlook all that.
- Padmini talks to Madhu and tells that she will not accept her decision either as a mother or a woman. She disowns Madhu as her daughter. When Madhu looks all shocked and says "Maa", Padmini requests Madhu to never call her as Maa. [RK is greatly affected here] Padmini informs Madhu that she is ashamed to hear Madhu calling her as her mother as she is not the daughter whom Padmini gave birth to. Her daughter was one who fought for right and wrong, for her love but not at the cost of forgetting her self-respect. [ RK looks affected. ] Padmini also tells Madhu that Mother is higher than Love. That she is used to be proud of her daughter and forever wanted to take pride on her but now she cannot. According to her, Madhu is giving away herself to RK, who doesn't even love her and for whom Madhu is not a human being but just his demand ( like children demand for game, toys). Padmini explains that getting awashed in love is different from getting sold in love. Padmini leaves, Madhu runs to their room and RK follows her. Dips-Sikky wonder about what 's all going on.
- Back in their room, RK reassures Madhu that mother and child relationship is not weak, that saasuma is just unhappy with the past. If Madhu has made him understand, then very soony soon Madhu will have very soon a mother who will understand her. While consoling Madhu, RK gets defensive and tries to tell Madhu that they both are different, and they cannot stay apart from each other, and that he cannot see Madhu with anyone else and this different craziness (paagalpan and dewaangi) has to be understood by Saasuma. This is not just her love, this is their breath, their heartbeat of, our life. And likewise your mom's love is also as true as our love. The umblical cord is the first relationship of the child with his mother and this first love and first relationship never ends.
- Madhu keeps sobbing and RK gets unhinged again. He says he cannot tolerate anyone coming to his house and make his wife cry. He wants his Saasuma to ask for their forgiveness. But Madhu explains to RK that Padmini is on the right side and as mother she cannot accept their relationship.
- Padmini is seeing Madhu as a fool to have gone back to RK-the Rakshas. She is with the viewers here. She is expressing her helplessness to her viewers that she cannot stop her daughter from committing this "bewaquoofi" as her daughter has grown older.
- Madhu goes to Sultan's place to apologize. interesting dialogues from Madhu to Sultan, "Rishton ko Itni Achchi tarah se kaise Nibha lete ho ? and Sultan to Madhu, "Main aurton ko dhakka nahin deta, sambhalta hoon". They are out of nowhere dialogues.
My Episode Review
Combined review of EP 253 & 254 as the content is continuous and relevant.
- The Canvas is Madhu and Radhaji. And the characters painted on the canvas are RK and Padmini pitted against each other.
- In parallel, away from that drama and painting, we have a budding relationship between Madhu and Sultan.
These were the highlights of the two episodes combined.

The fight for Madhu between Padmini and Himself, is seen by RK as Madhu and his helplessness between Madhu's Mother and Their Love, where he loses Madhu to her mother in his dream because their Love and his right to keep her is wrong per Radhaji.
Whereas in conscious, a different kind of interplay of characters happens. Everything is as he imagined in his dream, except that Radhaji does not correct him and he is supported by Madhu and as a consequence, RK wins over Padmini. She goes away alone.
RK's Dream where Padmini comes to take away Madhu

- Padmini to Radhaji and RK : No one talks in between me and my daughter.
- P to M : You lied to me. He brought you forcefully here. Right ? Come away
- RK : Saasuma, you cannot take my wife away

Reality when Padmini comes to take away Madhu
- Padmini to Radhaji and RK and Dips and Sikky : No one talks in between me and my daughter.
- P to M : You lied to me. He brought you forcefully here. Right ? Come away
- RK : Saasuma, you cannot take my wife away
- His mother never told him that he is on the wrong side and did not stop him.
- Instead his wife supported him that she loves him and is happy with him.
- Padmini goes away alone.
- Madhu runs to her room and RK follows her
The first three things of his dream happened as he dreamt (subconscious) and last four things did not happen as his wife and mother did not act in propriety as he imagined.
It is not him to be blamed for what happened there. The variables were quite contradictory to general moral and social conventions. None from his family (except Dips) supported Padmini even though she was right in all questions and reprimands.
It was really weird of the mother - Radhaji to keep quiet. Instead she was happy and surprised at seeing Madhu and RK together. Infact biggest idiots looking were Radhaji and Bittuji with their happy and incredulous and blushing faces when they see Madhu and RK come walking together. And RK not even once suspected or questioned himself why his mother or Madhu were supporting him instead of Padmini. Well the argument is that there was not connection yet built by him between his subconscious and his conscious. He knew something as right and wrong intuitively but when reality started happening, they all gave him a level field to become the braggart, the pompous man of the year who could brim in his confidence of winning his wife to be with him forever.
The only hope I see in this dream vs reality is that there is still hope for realization of truth when you can intuitively yearn for it. Here are these lessons taught to RK and reality presented to Padmini.
Lessons taught to RK by Padmini as she speaks to him directly and to her daughter.
- Saasuma Mat kehna Mujhe. Tumhe Koi Haque nahin. "Hearing Saasuma from your mouth is more hurtful than being stoned in the middle of the street." I will talk only with Madhu.
- He forcefully brought you here. There is definitely some game here. I cannot trust this man.
- This is the man who destroyed your life and humiliated before the entire world.
- Will not accept your decision either as a mother or a woman.
- I will not consider you as my daughter. I request you "Don't ever call me a Mother" - RK -A slight tinge of being affected
- I feel ashamed to hear you calling me your mother. This is not the daughter who I gave birth to. She was the was one who fought for right and wrong, her love but not at the cost of forgetting her self-respect. - RK affected
- Mother is higher than Love. I used to be proud of you and I wanted to take pride on you all my lifetime. But now now. Madhu you are giving away yourself to this man, who doesn't even love you, for whom you are just his demand (Zid - Children demand for game, toys) and not a human being - RK affected
- Pyaar mein Mit jaana Alag hota hai aur Bik jaana Alag. (Getting sold is different than being erased in love) [ I wonder what's the meaning here - Oh! I get it she got married to RK initially for 40 lacs ] - Camera is focussed on Madhu and not RK. So we don't know how he reacted.
RK's revelations and arguments in his defence to Padmini about Madhu's commitment to him
- I cannot forget that Dips bitches about RK's kidnapping
. RK is riled and he speaks the truth that he did forcefully bring Madhu here at first and then later on Madhu came by herself. - Dips, Sikky, Padmini and RK are the only ones who are behaving normally as they are and as world would perceive them to be doing. Only Madhu and Radhaji are acting dubious and Bittuji just as bystander.
- Your daughter loves me. And my love has brought her back again here, forever.
- You are forcing my wife and you are accusing me.
- And you will send the gun-toting lover to shoot me (referring to Sultan) if I don't heed to you or apply force.
- This man that you are pointing to is your daughter's husband and your daughter loves this man (limitlessly). [ Everyone is giving shocked faces ]
- She is happy here. Please understand.
- Yes. Because Love is Great
Madhu to Padmini

Bottomline - Who wins ? Padmini wins as RK gets defenseless without any argument after Padmini's 3rd lesson. She tells Madhu, that Mother is higher and greater than Love.
RK's reassurance to Madhu when her mother disowns her and is upset.
- Mother and child relationship is not weak. Saasuma is unhappy with the past.
- You have made me understand yesterday and likewise Saasuma will also understand.
- We are different, and we cannot stay apart from each other and I cannot see you with anyone else and this different craziness (paagalpan and dewaangi) has to be understood by Saasuma [ He is trying to defend why their love needs to be accepted by Padmini - in opposition to how Padmini refused to accept their relationship]
- This is not just your love, this is our breath, heartbeat, our life. And likewise your mom's love is also as true as our love. The umblical cord is the first relationship of the child with his mother and this first love and first relationship never ends. [ Now where did this pearl of wisdom drop from ? Did he go to his dream state ? Oh! My My !!!
He is also trying to defend about what Padmini said that Mother's relationship with her child is higher than Love ]
Madhu cries. And RK gets unhinged again and Madhu teaching him some ground truths.
- RK: I cannot tolerate anyone coming to my house and make my wife cry. Saasuma will ask for your forgiveness. Come !!! [ He has lost it again seeing her tears. Now His Saasuma is not equal to Her Mother as His Biwi is higher than His Saasuma ]
- M : She does not want to meet me, see me.
- RK : I will get her here. She will ask for her forgiveness
- M: Why should she ask for forgiveness? She is not wrong. She is thinking like a mother and she is worrying about her child.
- RK : Anyone accepts our relationship or not, I don't care and you should also not care.

Chemistry of Sulbala is better than Rishbala as there is no wierd feeling here. As both look quite comfortable with each other. Whereas when Rishbala is on the screen, everything is so wierd about them.
Sultan is remembering how Madhu colored him and how she tried to protect him inspite of being a mouse and how she asked him to stay away from her problems. { Difficult to guess at this point, if he feels romantic love or protective love for Madhu.]
And today's episode dialogues between Sulbala
Madhu: Rishton ko Itni Achchi tarah se kaise Nibha lete ho ?
[ Interesting dialogue as earlier in the morning, RK could not see a mother's pain and considered his love for Madhu equally important even at the expense of a hurt mother's feelings - But Madhu, I have a question ...which relationships has Sultan honoured ? How are you related to him ? ]
Sultan : Main aurton ko dhakka nahin deta, sambhalta hoon
[ Contrast as RK does the opposite in Madhu's eyes ]
Sultan : I will always interfere if anything wrong happens to you
Madhu : Kyon Sultan

sound that way...but,i still hold on to what I said before(based on his dream/subconcious reality),he doesn't think she is faking it but,at the same time is afraid of the people who could obligate her...
That's why he said today that she shouldn't care what anyone thinks or if they accept their relation or not...He doesn't want Madhu to get affected and there by get influenced by anyone...he knows she unlike him cares for all...her world doesn't start and end with him...there are so many others...he might have thought she would go to the chawl ...at this point her love/heart instills trust in him and also makes him insecure ...what if her mother brainwashes his biwi when he isn't around...that's why acts so possessive...he thinks she would need her mothers approval and he is carrying the guilt of wrong doing too...this was shown in his dream when Radhaji says 'let her go...we are wrong'...him saying today, 'love is above all' is like reassuring himself that though technically he may not deserve her the secret weapon 'love' is going to make it right... he did say that his love brought her back...

The only review so far from page 1 that has any sense talking. The reviewers and writers should not miss imageries especially when they are loaded with meanings. Why just crave for Rishbala.
Go to April 10th and 11th Episode Discussion, none of the writers liked the kidnapping and knife drama...and there were posts where no one wanted to see them together and that there should be some person who should be teaching RK. Technically it was Radhaji who should have taught sense as I expected and said in my 10th April episode. But Leela said, the plotlines will remove mother's involvement.
So today through Padmini, even Radhaji was made silent by CVs, though they ended up showing that RK would have listened to his mother (per his dream) if his mother chosen to teach him, and he actually listened to Padmini's reprimand and tried to defend like a stubborn child and when he failed, he tried to get Madhu into his team...and he could not see Madhu in tears and when calm he actually used the same words that Padmini told him.
This shows hope that intellectually, he knows the meaning between right and wrong, its just that he has got unhinged due to his love (which is equal to obsession) for Madhu. And because he knows falling in love was not his plan and hence he had committed all wrong actions, the reverse consequences are now weighing on him. And that additionally is creating the unhinge more and more. He takes a step towards sanity, he sees the reality that there is no hope for him and Madhu cannot be his because of his actions, he takes two steps back to insanity and refuses to see reality and just wants wants Madhu. Only Madhu is giving him peace...and this peace is more because of the guilt he carries...otherwise there was no need to show him dreaming. But RK is always unravelled through dreams.
We said on Friday, we will love the craziness. This is that craziness.
RK's next teacher will be Sultan as Madhu pushed our Radhaji and Padmini as her supporters and now bringing Sultan as her ally.
And this is how the letting go will happen.

Two helpless mothers, Paddy and Rji were once again in contrast today. One was helpless and suffering in silence and the other one was equally helpless and suffering due to her daughter's decision. I felt Paddy's pain but she needs to come around for her daughter's sake.
When exactly did Sultan become higher in the pecking order when compared to Paddy?
When exactly did the reversal of blood is thicker than water take place? Saying sorry to Sultan took precedence over even making a phone call at the chawl to check on Paddy?
And, when exactly did Madhu's worry about Paddy's health disappear into thin air? She lied on the phone about being at RK Mansion due to fear of Paddy's ill-health not a day or so ago.
Entrance to Sultan's house is always open. This is the second time that Madhu has walked inside his house un-announced and nobody has had to open the front door for her. Pathetic, isn't it, that we are forced into calling Bhujang to come save the day, err...show, I mean.

Another good review that talks away from Rishbala and talks about mothers and changing dynamics. Radhaji has officially failed as good mother for Rishabh.
The son and son-in-law has equal and good expectations from his mother and mother-in-law in the dream. In reality, the viewers can see that why RK was calling his mother "mujhe janam dene waali aurat". Radhaji does not have gumption enough to teach her son good things. He is a forceful personality that will bow down only to tremendous love and faith in him. And this is where the mother fails. In his eyes, the mother always failed to even have conviction on her own self. We can see that since he reconciled with his mother, he has always shown craving for her company, food and even listened to her after revenge drama. She is once again distancing herself, where he is still dreaming her importance. Ofcourse this is CV's plot device to bring Sultan and Madhu as teachers for RK, but yet, its a trait shown again, which proves how all along RK had been right about his mother and only because of Madhu's wish to reconcile with his mother. he forgot, forgave all the grudges and reconciled. So he was being honest to Madhu.
And the son-in-law knew exactly how his MIL will treat him. We all knew, they both had better chemistry in terms of their firebrand emotional thinking. Both are emotional and rational at the same time unlike Madhu and so they both always match in reactions to situations. RK actually always agrees to what Padmini says and he is always in awe of her from deep inside, even if on the outside he talks rudely to become the bad person that he feels safe in projecting before her. Both of them are like...lets not waste each other's time...and yet its always RK who is more sensitive to her.
May be it was end of mother and MIL involvement today for him, but it achieved a lot of moral and mental clarity for RK and viewers.
Re Madhu, at this point, we would have to believe that Madhu is still disgusted of RK, his craziness and is scared that he will injure/harm himself and at the same time might do something to Sultan as well. Madhu somehow thinks Sultan needs protection from RK and hence she is with him. So let Madhu think whatever she wants to...because for Madhu to function properly, first RK will have to het back to sanity. And this will happen only when he slowly learns to live with guilt by himself rather than running to Madhu to forget his guilt.
Once that happens, Madhu will automatically have RK's guidance. These are all long term tracks. Sultan angle...take it as it comes. The CVs are not mad. They make him soft and good person to MAdhu and yet show him with pistols and guns. So the CVs are not really favouring anyone...except that M and S really look monotonous with their manners and goodness and RK looks interesting with his crazy bad manners image. In reality all three are a mix of good and bad.
