Events of the Episode
- RK apologizes for his past bad behaviour to Madhu. She says let bygones be bygones and that RK Balm has redeemed everything.
- Dipali is irritated that media is flaunting Padmini Acquittal news from two days. She throws the newspaper angrily over Sikky who as usual is having a dig at his wife that he had sense before he married her.***Sikky gets good dialogues these days***
- Radhaji, RK, Roma, Madhu and Trishna get Shamsher and Padmini married in extremely private and quick ceremony, with just sindhoor ceremony and legal paper signing by the Marriage court lawyer. ***RK is indeed resourceful damaad*** My only grudge, wish they had phool mala done along mangal-sutra tying.
- Everyone gets ready to go for picnic. Madhu and RK are on road. RK has taken a different route avoiding the main route to prevent himself being flocked by people when stuck in traffic jam. They are having their love fights as usual...and waiting for an accident to happen
- Dips is trying mix alcohol in Coke to save herself from forced company of Bhatias and Maliks. Unfortunately, Sikky's balll, while playing cricket in the RK mansion hall along with Bittuji, hits Dips Cola bottle, spilling everything. She still has some whiskey and cola left to salvage. Bittuji and Sikky catch the liquor smell. Sikky wonders aloud and Bittuji knows it to be Dipali who brought liquor into the kitchen. Bittuji asks both of them to get ready so that they can start off.

Nothing of it touched my heart or head. So this was clearly a filler episode for real drama somewhere else. However, the entire episode could not be dismissed by me. I had two reactive thoughts in my mind as I watched.
- If Shamsher can just fill up Sindhoor in PAdmini's head and they are declared married (followed by the kagzi karyawahi of course), why can't Madhu and RK; who are Kagzi prakaar se married already, get to honour their marriage by RK filling the sindhoor in Madhu's maang? Why are the phere unimportant for Padmini and Shamsher and why the rest of the 3 phere so important for RK and Madhu ?
- So is the new social evil portrayed in MB'Land now is Woman's alcoholism and the case under study is Dips Bhatia ? Because she is the one who is hiding it, unlike Bhatias who are admitted alcohol addicts.
Interestingly or coincidentally, just two days back, we had TB citing Aamir Khan over this issue. Anyways Film world is replete with this problem.
Seems CVs are bit burnt out and are now resting a little. This track might ease out their nerves and they seem to have been making fun of their stress themselves by adding the TRP joke. The Television Rating Point got twisted to Togetherness Rating Point. While the actors were capable of delivering, the script was quite weak. The unimpressive episode was because of unimpressive dialogues and hence, it seemed filler than being involving us emotionally.
The luggage case getting packed with Madhu - Of course for DD, 5'4" girl and that too healthy, she has flexible body and both the actors handled the acting very well in that scene. If only the dialogues were good. Alas!!!
Madhu sitting on the stairs scene. The scene demanded Madhu to be pensive as she was now letting go all truama/shock/jubilation from last two days. She could not cry as she had happiness too...but all of that thought would have made her pensive. So it was a good place for Madhu to be in and being pensive, but again the script's dialogues did not give the actor the meat to emote well. She had no support from the script and this scene too became filler and yet staple of the episode, as the denouement was needed.
But the best scene of the day was between Sikky -Dips -Bittuji. All the three actors played very well. The dialogues were good and logical. And though Dips had no dialogues later, her emoting was too good. She brought out the ENNUI of the picnic for herself, trying to ALLAY it with alcohol mixed in Cola drink and the FEAR when she though she would be caught. Her problem is that Radhaji thinks her Elder Bahu Dipali is Sati Savitri types...that false impression to be maintained is necessary for Dips as there are advantages like she gets her petty cash from Radhaji through household administration. Here the CVs definitely put thought into the drama. It was clearly visible. We now know that Sikky plays cricket in hall (like RK used to before getting married) if RK is out of the house and his mother is not watching him.

I did'nt want to write about today's episode. Not because it was not good, in fact this was a good time pass episode. Maybe we have a week of such episodes till we are informed about the 'next big track'. This whole village track is honestly a soothing breather after the whole Balraj drama. Bahut tension ho gaya tha
. So basically, just like the characters are relaxed and enjoying themselves, I just want to sit back and enjoy these light hearted episodes.

I liked:
- RK's apology...so the loop is closed finally on that whole 4 phere shaadi. Actually,no, one part is closed with his apology, the next part will be closed when they marry because they want to be each other for the rest of their lives.
- Paddy-Malik finally marry...great. Have all the formalities been fulfilled, paving the way for their '7 phere' shaadi?? Except for trishna, but is anyone going to take any trouble over her?? Trishna's track is still incomplete.
- Deepali ...sad and lonely. And on the way to becoming an alcoholic...

- So Madhu was packing for them to leave forever?? Eureka, light bulb lit up only when I saw the episode for the second time

It was quite an okayish filler episode...
I guess it's the first time that they showed one night, then next day and the day after all in one episode:)
And thankfully they mentioned in passing that 2-3 days have already passed by after the court-room drama... Wish they would have paid attention to this detail during that time also...
So Madhu doesn't take away anything from this drama and as usual has nothing to say to RK!!!!! And RK is full of remorse and apologizes and as usual this girl brushes it off and the scene over... She finally got to mouth his "Ahaan" today...
Padmini-Malik married off at home with the lawyer bringing in the marriage papers... RK would have saved an enormous amount of money had he thought of this idea before.. But nahi... drama and melodrama toh hona hi hai... Anyways RK would have thought, waise bhi am not taking anything along with me except Madhu, might as well lavishly spend it on others...
Madhu was after all packing for their "Khufiya jagah chalo"
Chalo, the CV's told the viewers not to expect too much romance,intimacy and passion by making RK say that "hamein TRP's laane hain"
RK-Madhu scenes were done pretty neatly...
Sikky is getting better dialogues nowadays.. His "tumhe shaadi karne se pehle akal thi" was too good...
Doesn't SIkky and the family know that Dipzy drinks? Are we going to have a Loser Dipzy ki alcohol ki kahani in future?
Wow!!!DD must be super-flexible to fit into the suitcase yaar...
If this guy is so so very conscious of his super-star image, how is he going to live a simple life where no one recognizes him...

Liked the Bittuji-Dips-Sikky scene.. esp bittuji's dialogue of
"aap bahut paarivahik mahila hain" to Dips
The packing scene was cute
but as Shri said the dialogues were not hitting the chord today..
Padmini-Shamsher marriage was ok and expected to me.. but
again as a lot of you pointed out if they can do this...
what is stopping Madhu and RK from doing the same??? just
making the viewers have the anticipation of 7 phere shaadi, I guess
Let us see what is in store with the village track.. I dont have too
much expectations other than to see what is the twist that is coming up.

Very light and breezy episode that tied loose threads from last track and began a buildup towards the next big track. It actually felt quite nice after the melodrama in last few days.
Couple of things I liked-
1)The understanding and mutual appreciation between Madhu and RK continues to grow. RK apologizes once again for his mistakes and misbehaviour in past and Madhu forgives citing the balm he put on it afterwards. I did not think this sequence was really necessary but I know a lot of fans wanted explicit groveling and asking for forgiveness on RK's part so I am guessing this was an attempt to appease them.
2)Padmini and Shamsher get married, RK takes care of the legalities. While I understand that the affair needed to be understated in light of recent events still I thought it was disappointing how it was carried out. They did not even exchange the garlands which everyone who goes through court marraige does. They could have atleast got a couple of neighbours in as witness. I guess the CVs are in a hurry to change tracks. The way Trishna gets forgiven and her deeds are forgotten still irks me but for now I have to like with it.
3)Dips is jealous of Madhu/Paddo's praise in media while Sikky laments the loss of an opportunity to get in front of media. He vows to get his picture in newspaper very soon (Is that a hint for future track?) Rest of the Bhatia comedy is not worth mentioning though it cemented some facts for me once again -
- Sikky and Dips are growing more and more apart and frustated with each other, Sikky still seems invested in the relationship while Dips has already checked out. Dips is a closet alcoholic whatever the reasons- my guess...she has a hard time living with her choices and failures because she always seems to want something other than what she has.
- Both RK and Bittuji tolerate Bhatias because of Radha. They seemed to know the true character of each of them with Dips being the worst
4) Cute packing for picnic...errr...vacation sequence. Did not understand the joke thing .
5)RK grabbing some personal time with Madhu by starting early. He continues to give Madhu superstar attitude . I found thier back and forth really fun and romantic. He finally gets Madhu to accept that she is his fan... I still continue to wonder how a guy with such ego and attitude plans to live in sanyas without a penny to his name...

My personal opinion is that she is smarter than that- she saw no one believed her and everyone was upset with her, potentially withdrawing thier support in future so she decided to ask for forgiveness and get back in everyone's good book. There was no regret on her face at all. While I understand there is no point in flogging her for her deeds...what is done is done... families need to stick together when in peril and pointing fingers at each other only creates more issues. I hope Maliks and Kundras realize that she is completely unreliable and self-centered. She will not hesitate in selling her family out again to achieve her dreams should the opportunity present itself.
