Action and Drama building up around all the current tracks...Trishna movie launch, Padmini-Shamsher marriage, Radha and Dipali - hurts being fixed by RK in his own way. A rated episode.

Episode Review

Another drama filled episode with 

1. Madhu finally gearing and discussing with Padmini to think about getting married to Malik
2. RK subverting Deepali's blackmail to go and tell Radha everything
3. Radha demanding a Rishu of Madhu like the way he had parted from her and then cowering down in realization that she will wait for the time it shall happen
4. Trishna seeing her producer is none other than her father Balraj.

Madhu - Padmini Scene - Drama expected on the lines. 

Padmini in denial and hence the loud drama. Nevertheless scene is not forced, but very natural. Madhu gathering all courage, expecting all resistance and denial, getting backed up by her husband over phone and does it with all determination inspite of being nervous. And Padmini, the unsuspecting mother chirps on until she realizes her daughter has an agenda to discuss. What the viewer knows for the first time is that Padmini accepted that she has feelings for Shamsher, but she would rather go on living like this, expecting all chawl people to call her Bhabhiji and yet not break the formal barriers of distance between her and Shamsher. She says its the relationship of trust, respect and purity.

Radha - Dipali and Madhu scene - Ah! The high society woman, their manners, their charms and their sugar coated warnings and reminders to each other !!!!

What can we expect when three flawed women meet and chat. That there will be drama like going on in a kitty party between socialite women. On the surface the three women will maintain decorum and social manners, but they would talk to each other in camaraderie reeking with sugar coated dialogues of sweetness which are actually snobbishm and hypocritic with threatening taunts.

Radha in her high-minded way claims aloud that her son has begun to accept her.Boasts and repeats to Madhu that her son had taken her blessing, made her eat the cake and now taking care of her health. Isn't it true of society, that a lie when said loudly 10 times it starts to seem as the truth. That is the case of Radha towards Madhu's actions towards her. Alas !! 

But she wants more. She remembers that and asks herself how to get it. She sees the ass before her...her DIL Madhu. She turns to her and in quiet unyeilding tone asks Madhu that she start working on returning her son Rishu to her in ship-shape of yesteryears. God! the woman had the nerve to ask of that.

When Dipali as usual becomes the sly woman to let nothing mend between mother and son and tries to sway that Radhaji is dreaming and should resist her getting too under the sweet imaginations, Radha realizes her high-mindedness and turns to Madhu and becomes yet again the meek beggarly woman seeking alms of her son's acceptance of her from the charitable woman in front of her. Wow!!! what a precipation of her high-mindedness...She is faster than the chameleon in changing the colors. Coward that she is! Disgusting woman wallowing in her impoverished state. Never gets tired of begging for more.

Madhu, we know she is not the innocent...she who gives two hoots to what Radha might expect of her later on after she keeps her promise, is neither aghast at listening to Radha growing insane demands of her nor affected of Dipali instigating Radhaji of containing her dreams.

However, she gets affected by Dipali talking negatively of RK. She gets defensive and defends her husband quite smoothly and in stern manner. She gets her tone of taunting and caution and indirectly tells Dipali that if she has forgotten the respect RK has always shown to Dipali and never threw her out. That is enough to silence Dipali and Radha.

RK - Dipali scene. The bully gets shut-up by the Baby

As expected by the Vixen was eavesdropping in him and his wife's plans. Dipali comes and blackmails quite openly that she will go and tell Radha that something is being cooked by her son and DIL in matter of few days...so he better tell her now. Ah!!! the vixen thought that RK is still the baby who can be bullied in privacy...that he will yet again break down before her and start crying. No. The baby just dared her to go and reveal everything to Radha. Oh No!!! what is gonna tell? She doesn't know anything. What just happened...and as she turns to in disappointed thought, RK her pup, becomes the canine ready to gnarl. Ha Ha!!! yeah, he dares her again...she said that he is unluckly in love. Right? He is gonna disprove her in matter of few days. The bully is aghast. What?? So this was all the plan...to defeat her. What fun is she going to have out of it. She is not privy to the plan and on top of it everything is being planned to show her down!! Bad !!! Can things get any bleaker for her today ?? Wife tips her off and now hubby too chafing her off !!! She needs to do something !!!!

What was interesting was that RK chose to tell Madhu that Dips was in his room ...yet again to talk to him and now in her absence. Haha !!! I liked that.

Trishna- Balraj- Bittuji scene - Recognition with clarity

Trishna wants to thank her producer and agahst to find out that he is none other than her father Balraj. All flashback scenes. What is interesting to note here is that Balraj has already started to get out of Bittuji's hands. He promises them something but snakes his way out of that promise. Though he promised Bittuji not to meet the heroine of his movie, he was happy to get his way out. He is sure going to be a trouble to Bittuji and RK...big time!!

Some changes in Story Telling Technique

These  days I am liking the dialogues embedded with "In dino" or "Pichle kuch dino mein" or "Us din"... 

• This will help MEIEJ pick up on time story wise... After Karwa Chauth ...with these phrases in between, the timeline is being taken forward.

• and also let us get into a mind-set that RK and Madhu actually are spending time together; without any special events, and hence giving them that timeframe which makes their relationship growing. It is needed for the couple to stabilize.

I'm getting one niggling - okay, nearly petrifying actually - concern.

Does Madhu think RK only wants to get away from the star life?

Does she expect RK to have *Radha* - with or without the other three leeches - as part of RK's life even afterward?

Radha is not Padmini to adjust. She likes not just comfort but luxury. She likes playing the grand lady.

And even more than that, she likes never having to *acknowledge* just how much she owes her son - not just for providing for her second family, but also for financing the grand gestures *she* likes to make even for occassions he has no liking for. ....RK's money spent in Radha's style.....She saw that Madhu asked her son to feed her the first piece of cake, and yet in speaking of the occassion, she managed to sound as if RK did so of his own volition.

How many other things about her son are a similar tale of her self-delusion to foster her image of herself as a good mother?

I'm willing to bet that from Mohan Kundra's death onwards, every tale Radha has told Madhu about Rishabh is in the same vein as 'the first piece of cake to share his success'. And Madhu's shrewdness *is* emerging, but not in any interaction with Radha. There she is as naive and gullible as ever.

How badly will Radha end up hurting RK before Madhu stops the 'Maa-bhajan'?

Read your post re Radha-the thorn for Rishbala Rose. Your concern is genuine. 

Let me tell you. I think it is a Bubble to burst soon between Madhu and Radha.

• Madhu has already a Trishna thorn to deal with which is also making RK weak as he is unable to use his acid tongue owing to him having to respect his wife's relations.

• Madhu now will develop a Radha thorn to deal with , where in here again she will herself make it weaker both for her and RK, to not use the acid tongue.

Redemption points for us:

1. RK has acid tongue
2. Madhu has taunting tongue
3. RK can hear bad for himself, but never for his wife. He kept quiet before Trishna for his own reason of guilt driven fixing her career and that he has been the cause of Trishna's animosity towards Madhu. A day will come when, if RK hears Trishna lashing just Madhu, he will not be able to keep quiet.
4. Madhu can hear bad for herself, but never for her husband.

Catalytic actions :

There should be an undercurrent antagonistic fatal interventions to disrupt Rishbala life together.

• When in Nafrat stage, Radha was the catalyst to bring them together. Now when the love birds want to fly away, she will become the catalyst to fail their plan of going away.

• Trishna is already being the catalyst for Balraj entry and all that production paraphernalia.

I always keep my patience around the dramatic elements needed to run the story. So as long as they keep justifying the twists, I am okay with these pains induced. Pains means antagonism introduced towards protagonist efforts.

Why it is so convincing is because, Rishbala characters are flawed and not perfect. They have individual weakness inspite of larger goodness in them and also their love story as a plot requirement is flawed with the sacrifice and insecurity sword hanging over them.

Episode aired on 17th December

Continuing from Friday...after two days of living in pain at shock of rejection felt by RK and consternation felt by Madhu when RK throws  his Test of Love surprise on Madhu. It was a great pain felt by viewers just like RK and Madhu who were in throes of pain. And who planted the seed of this Test of Love idea in RK's mind. It was Dipali.

As of Friday...everything was like Man proposes. Dipali planning something, RK executing something in hope of achieving something, Madhu wanting to plan something, viewers justifying everything for Rishbala, feeling their pain, having sleepless nights and yet trying to find something positive from the Friday episode. 

Come Monday, for everyone it became God disposes.
Its like the worst kind of joke played by the viewers on us. Was it truly a prank or a plotline gone awfully bad !

Dipali who wanted misunderstanding between RK and Madhubala, ends up misunderstanding herself that everything is hunky dory between them.

RK who immersed himself in pain at his perceived rejection, his test of love, which was more about...no one can love me as he is unlucky to get that...is rudely shaken by Trishna, who rather in acid tone, reprimands RK not to show false concern and that after ruining the Chaudhry-Malik lives and that she curses him just like she curses his wife never to be happy. RK suddenly is jolted out of self-pity to self-defence.

Madhu who recalled her promise to Radhaji to unite Rishabh with her; and withdrew promise of togetherness to wilderness and oblivion; from RK...suddenly finds that it is quite a daunting task to achieve now ...for how can she have her husband united with his mother, when husband showed from every incho of his body, he wants to leave the world along with Madhu. And surprising Madhu is consternated that Radhaji actually is impatient about her getting back her son one fine day with Madhu's help.

Viewers who expected Dipali smirking in sweet victory, had something else planned for them by show creatives and viewers watched the outcome in total daze...asking what the hell just happened ??

I just wonder..how much does Man plan when God has other plans for him.

Must say the compelling toppling of plans for Dipali by Rishbala and for RK by Trishna today. And we the viewers totally left bamboozled by the CVs.

Leaving everything Behind - Kuch his Dinon ki toh baat hai

Events of the Episode

1. Continuing from previous episode, Madhu hugs RK from behind and calls him an intelligent child who speaks right. RK is moved and turns to her. Madhu hugs him again and tells him that he was right about Malik and her mother, that there is more than ordinary regard between the two, which they too do not know about. RK tells Madhu that they would make them realize that and have them married.
2. Having resolved their differences, the duo indulge each other in romantic pleasant talk, to the point where Madhu offers to guve a head massage to RK to make up for her silent treatment meted out to him. RK refuses that and Madhu says she can understand her being an ordinary girl working in an ordinary parlour makes him turn down her offer of massage.
3. RK gets vexed and asks her to never call herself ordinary. Madhu is amused at him. RK then tells Madhu that he wants to give the reason why he wants to leave all things associated with his Superstar status and go somewhere else with her. He says though he loves cinema arc lights and the adulation he receives from his fans, he knows that it is temporary and he is looking for permanance. He saw that promise of  permanence in Madhu and hence he wants to leave everything behind to go after eternal love. RK tells her that he doesn't need anything else and Madhu too reassures him that she doesn't want anything. RK asks her with nervous face, if its possible for him to be unlucky in love. Madhu just smiles and hugs him. RK too hugs her back. At this moment the servant enters who was called by none other than Madhu to get massage oil.
4. Dowstairs in  kitchen, Radhaji is heating the oil for RK's head massage. In comes Dipali trolling and very curious to the core asks why Radhaji is happy and for whom she is heating the oil. Rads tells its for RK and Madhu had asked for it. When Rads plans to take the oil by herself to RK, Dips influences her nagatively to not to go to RK as he might insult her. Rads relents and Dips offers to take the oil instead.
5. When Dips enters the room, RK is highly displeased with her within his room. Picking up a remote control for TV, he tells Madhu that Dips is that shameless person or rather the defected machine which keeps the same mistake of making entry to their room inspite of "No entry" command over her.
6. Once Dips leaves, Madhu gives massage to RK in all fun.

My Episode Review

A filler episode with these highlights:

1) Ludicrous Promo of Colors GPA awards function screening with RK and DD(Yes DD who almost looks like Madhu )

2) RK reveals to Madhu as in all Viewers of MEIEJ, what does he mean when he wants to go away. And why does he want to go away

3) Irritating Exposure towards Dipali only to reveal what might be ulterior motives of RK for leaving everything behind. Must say, that was a wondrous surprise for me!

Analysis in Detail of "Leaving everything Behind - Kuch his Dinon ki toh baat hai"

Throughout the hubby-wifey-talking and massage session, RK reveals to Madhu what does he mean when he wants to go away. And why does he want to go away. He tells about the short shelf-life of stardom. That he cannot have the eternal love of his fans and that his star status is not permanent.  

Madhu being still the loving and simple wife she, cares two hoots for what RK is gonna lose with this plan of his. As far as she is concerned, she will have her Bidai and go live with her husband wherever he takes her. Simple girl. 

I can easily understand and if I was given that choice. I would be just Madhu, not wanting to think of RK Complexities or hardships or his Insecurities. I would take the simplest path. Jaana hai to jaan hai Bas. Baaki baat baad mein Dekhi jaayegi.

However, today it is also revealed from RK end, that he is not that DUMB and all to just LEAVE everything behind. If he is making Madhu happy by patching up with his mother, he is also fixing things with Dipali. He tells Madhu to keep it all secret. And further he is preempting Dipali's evil -foxy mind and is now confusing her with his plans as shown to us in the Precap. He is daring Dipali to go and tell Rads that all is gonna end in few days.  He shows to Dipali as if he has not changed at all in Madhu's love, but he is gonna show her that he is gonna leave everything behind. 

If I go and see from Dipali's point, I shall be in a dead-lock situation with everything being lose-lose scenario. I am really curious to see what Dipali shall do now. RK leaves...She loses. RK does not leave, Rads is gonna be happy and everything will be hunky dory between everyone, which she doesn't wish. She loses here too. Now Dipali has to choose, which of the two things she wanna lose for herself. And out of this stalemate, seems RK will get a new beginning. Seems this is his way of fixing Dipali -the vixen by him.

Dipali -The Vixen

RK's treatment of her through the remote control was funny considering Dipali's utter shamelessness to keep trying to barge into their room inspite of being unwelcome. She already had me started on barf-attacks with her shameless intrusion and unwillingness to leave. It was funny and yet disgusting. What gave me pleasure was how RK gestured Madhu to shut her mouth as he could see Dipali standing there and listening to them. I enjoyed RK discussing Dipali foxy nature with Madhu. That was a camaraderie there, which can pave way towards trust before that Dipali. The precap scene was really mind boggling to me, but then this is RK. He sure knows what he means he wants to leave everything behind. 

Radha the Self-Distrusting Fool

This woman yet again stopped listening to her own heart and instead got influenced by Dipali. She could have gone and given the oil to Madhu and RK. WOuld have been nice bridging of gaps. But no, she got influenced by Dipali and she nods her head. Now I am sure. She was really doing well with Rishu the 12 year old and was raising him all right. However Kuku Bhatia might have stepped and influenced her to show how she is incapable of doing it all alone by herself and that she needs another's man's support in raising her child. So this is now she must have got married to Kuku. And RK till date has that grudge on her..."Apne aap par Vishawaas nahin". There is a lot more traumatic and irreparable damage here because of the lack of conviction and self-trusting quality of Radhaji. She trembles, cries and stammers...God!! Rads is a chronic clinical case.

Best scene of the Day- Gave me pleasure.

When RK sensed that Dipali was still standing there trying to eavesdrop on him and Madhu.

Worst scene of the Day - Gave me pain

When Rads got influenced by Dips and gave the bowl of oil to Dips.

Puzzle of the Day

Something sure cooking in RK's brain. While he is not lying to Madhu (giving his reasons and insecurities), he is not lying either to Dipali. Were'nt the viewers asking all these questions. Thank God! I never worried even for a moment that this guy was just leaving everything like a hermit. Ha Ha!!! He must have thought through. Anyways, when did they ever show us how he plans for all the difficulties and challenges he gets, That's why I am not too overtly worrying about him making Balraj his producer. That's a blessing in disguise for all his other problems and moreover, he has his sharp mind to reckon on. At this point, even if Madhu gets hurt with misunderstanding him, RK will not be made insecure, but will become more resolute to win her. That's what it matters for the show. New beginnings from Ashes is the broader theme of the present tracks being played. Let me not forget that! 

Respite of the Day - Ridiculous stuff

Ladies would you serve the man with Food  who's been hungry for the entire day instead of giving him massages. I know CVs thought viewers would see it as boring wth Madhu feeding him again. I agree that RK with that rumpled hair look was looking really cute and loveable.. But then women of RK Mansion...could you not say it passingly that ..."don' you want food now ?" And that utter stupidity of massaging while he has shirt on. Could he not have changed to a T or a Vest and a Towel !!! Absolutely Ridiculous!!

"Tum sirf meri ho hamesha hamesha ke liye"

She tells him that  he is a superstar and she a mamooli girl that he got hyper and made it very clear to her that she is the only special person in his life and then he goes onto talk about how his superstar status and its privileges are fleeting and that with time, everything would fade away but her love shall stay with him till his last breath and to ensure that it stays that way, he is ready to leave all and sundry and go off someplace where it would just be the two of them. 

RK is a man who wants to be assured of permanence and the lasting forever kind promises when it comes to love bcoz of his bitter-past. It's not that he doubts Madhu's love but he is fearful that her love will be snatched away from him by the world. 

Initially,  it was her family problems that almost snatched her away from him and had it not been for Trishna, he would have been broken and well on the path to destruction. And now, he doesn't want to take a chance coz he knew it would completely shatter him. This fear of his is looming in his heart so much that he is not able to bask in the glory of love at present. He is still having his reservations which is quite obvious from his body language and facial expressions. He has this relieved expression that she is with him but, to date, I have not seen him having a joyful ,happiness expression on his face where as she is beaming with happiness in  love...

As for the precap, I don't really know what  is going on in RK's mind but I just hope ki woh apne hi pairon par kulhadi na maar le... Dipzy ke muh lagna zaroori hai kya whether its for good or bad? Madhu said right, kuch hi dinon ki toh baat hai. Can't he just shut his mouth and let the dogs bark how much ever they want?

I liked the shayari that RK told today:

And this poster below with those three hugs...the last hug is pretty much their story. She will be forever happy and secure in his love and he will shower her all the love and secure her, but have the gnawing fear that something may happen to draw them apart...driving him to work on to secure her again. Its seems crazy, but it is not. He like all other working men is just trying to keep his happiness secured. 

And another thing about the caption you used...When dreams come true, of course there is that fear that dreams are after all ephermeral, they are just dreams, broken when we come out of sleep. Can't we then just not live it as our life and not a dream ?

Episode Events

1. Balraj enters the studio to watch his heroine giving a photoshoot. He is impressed with her and he leaves. Trishna misses him seeing, however she chances to see RK and Bittuji who had followed Balraj to see what he may do with Trishna. Trishna follows them out and typical to her ill-natured temperament, very annoyingly throws off an attitude over RK and dares him not to come in between her dreams which have just kick-started.
2. Dipali enters Radhaji's room and under the pretext of gifting her a shawl, tries to be snoopy as to what happened between RK and Madhu and what was the fight about. Radha advises her not to interfere in between husband and wife tiffs.
3. Madhu has gone to chawl and there she starts observing her mother Padmini and her father Shamsher from RK's eyes. She really starts feeling what RK said about them, that they do share a special bond. She feels it more poignantly when she sees Padmini as the married and yet not married woman through that Mangal sutra scene. Padmini's Mangalsutra was broken ...signifying to Madhu as one that Balraj must have tied for Padmini and now that got repaired and smoothened by Shamsher albeit minus his right to tie it for Padmini around her neck. 
4. She comes home and observes Radhaji calling the servant for medicines. Madhu stops to chat with her when Radhaji advises her not to stop talking to her son Rishu as he had made her his life. Madhu gets emotional and asks Radhaji not to worry.
5. RK and Bittuji are coming home. While in RK mansion lift, RK asks Bittuji to call up his lawyer. Bittuji wonders why now, all of a sudden, but keeps the thoughts to himself.
6. RK on entering the RK Mansion room living room, sees Radhaji taking medicines. He asks her why is she is taking the medicine. Baffled and dumb-stricken she manages to tell him that her BP has raised to 150/90. RK asks her to take care of her health. Madhu watches all of this.
7. RK enters his room. Madhu wants to talk to him. But RK is not talking to her. Madhu keeps trying to cajole him and tells him that she has something important to tell him. As RK goes about his work, she manages to tell him that she's been to see her parents and that he was right about them. To be continued tomorrow.

My Take on the Episode

Yet another interesting Episode. Again an A from me.

Am I looking isshmart ? Yes. You are looking smart ! I loved it!!!

If that was spoken by the seeming nincompoop and yet the ruggedly smart Balraj, it was no less the theme for all of the characters today. Almost everyone seemed to ask me today...Ain't I a Smart ? This undoubtedly is the theme of the day applied on every character today barring Bittuji, Padmini and Shamsher.

Balraj-Trishna-RK-Bittuji

So Trishna and Balraj do not get to meet each other. But Trishna gets to see RK and Bittuji and as usual has to start off lashing out at them. I guess; we like RK and Bittuji have to put up with her Heroine tantrums for a while. Sigh! 

I wondered, Balraj was so excited to see his heroine. But then he left the studio impressed with her shoot. So is that his sense of business ruling his mind at the moment ? I am yet to know this man. How he thinks and how he operates !!!!

Dipali-Radhaji Scene

Didn't Dipali give the shawl to Radhaji, right when she flew home from London in Sep ? How many more shawls are left for her to gift ? Seems always an agenda there. God!! Please can I have a permanent break from her ? Can she be sent back to London? I have been wishing since someone in the forum posted the poll. And sadly she still is there to send me to spiralling fits. Gosh ! can that gossip woman get any more gossippy and snoopy? Thank Goodness! Radhaji was no dunce and in a very subtle manner shows Dips that she is crossing the line. Thank Goodness!!!

Bottomline is Dips has become the hyena trying to scavenge any information that can help her survive to go back to her old days of reiging Queen of RK Mansion...Bahu hoon Mein Is Ghar ki.  Yuck!!!! I am going to get a barf attack here!

Radhaji - Madhu Scene

And then again Rads selfishness! Gosh!!! "Mere Rishu ke saath baat karna band mat karna"...Idiot!! Why not you say "Tum apne Rishu(RK) ke saath"...or Just plain "Rishabh" Sigh!!! The self-centeredness never ends!!! Chalo I forgive you...because yours laadli Bahu is no less mad. She needs to be advised like you said, even if that is ill-advised. Sigh!

Padmini-Shamsher Marriage Track

Interesting Padmini and Shamsher scenes look so natural and beautiful and not at all forced. Normally soap writers make it all clunky plot for supporting cast, but here it looks so beautiful here for the main characters to be taking care of the supporting characters. There I spoke myself why it is interesting !!  Because their story is being seen from the eyes of RK and MB. So it becomes much more beautiful. But I as a viewer, am proud to say that I could see the beauty even before RK and MB! YEY!!!  Wasn't I hurt, how Padmini could leave Shamsher for all the sacrifices he made. It reminds be of Jean Valjean of Les Miserables. His love for Cossette and his commitment to Fantine, her mother. Unspoken and un-named relationships and yet so much depth. Les Misrables was complicated, but Padmini and Shamsher's story is quite simple. So this plotline is so apt!! Just loving the drama here!  

CVs I like it. Keep it up 

Bittuji and RK scene --over Bittuji's questioning. Oh! I love them. Where and when and how they become employer/employee, friends and brothers, I cannot fathom. In every expression there is that sense of decorum, friendliness all within its limits. I just don't know what can I say of them? Amazing! RK keeps baffling Bittuji and yet Bittuji so steadfastly is his excellent executor of RK will. Good teamwork.

RK-Radhaji scene - If I couldn't express myself properly over Bittuji and RK, how do you think I am gonna write on son and mother scene. God! the woman was totally baffled. She was looking all around her!! Well somehere they had to begin. Hmmm!!! Beginnings!

RK-Madhu Scene - Madhu realized. Choti Bachi se Badi Bacchi ban gayi. 

Finally just as I thought, Madhu the married woman saw what Padmini the married and yet not married woman was missing all these years through that Mangal sutra scene. Padmini's Mangalsutra was broken ...signifying to Madhu as one that Balraj must have tied for Padmini and now that got fixed and smoothened by Shamsher albeit minus his right to tie it for Padmini around her neck. 

So the married Madhu finally understands how her husband was right all along. She cannot have him all the pleasure...she still needs to call him the 5 yr old kid with attitude and she's crying for having thought of him dumb and insensitive. And RK, what does he need, other than for his Biwi to just agree to him. He is the Creator, the seeker of truth and bearer of truth, all he needs is someone to see, someone to be with him and someone to support him in executing his wishes. Haha!!!  Him and his need to create. And what he thinking when asking his Bittuji to call up a lawyer ? Is he thinking of getting legal implications sorted out for Padmini and Shamsher marriage or something else. Whatever be! Man on the Mission. That's RK for me. Keep it up.

RK ki choti bachchi badi bachchi ban gayi!!!!

With RK's planted keeda in her mind, Madhu visits her maayka, only to see that Malik and Padmini have always shared a husband-wife like r'ship , thus approving their marriage proposal.

Trishna-Balraj: Was Trishna so much made-up for the photo-shoot and the photo-shoot lights also switched on, that Balraj failed to recognize Trishna as the common girl who came to visit RK in jail? Ab jaake samajh aaya mujhe make-up aur lights ka kamaal And he approved her as potential heroine-material already!!!

Trishna-RK-Bittuji: Trishna says that she is trying to make a new beginning in the industry and as usual throws her ghisa-pita tantrum. She prolly  thinks that RK is now Madhu's aashiq and so he'll shut his mouth.  Can't she for once think that who could have lifted the ban on her? And come on RK, if you throw in a lil attitude at her, it's not going to harm her or she is not going to discover that you are behind all this.. 

RK-Bittuji-Lawyer- RK is already doing the ground-work for Padmini-Malik marriage.. Am assuming the lawyer is for discussing the nitty-gritty of Padmini's previous marriage and how to legally overcome them.. Smart Boy!!!

I can finally say for once, I was not disappointed with Radha today. She put Dipzy in place though I know, she herself didn't quite know the details. One advice for Madhu here. Continue not saying your marital fights/woes to your MIL and let it be just b/w you and RK.

She advised Madhu that RK has always been lonely and he has made you his life, so do not stop talking to him even if there is some problem. Here also, you can see some selfishness in her, but maafi for the fact that it is for RK-Madhu's welfare.

She was moved when RK enquired about her health. 

RK-Madhu scene: It was a nice one with Madhu trying to pacify RK.

Can we not have Dipzy on screen plzzz?

Once again Cvs justify why this serial is different from most others and an addiction to the viewers. The reason I say this:

1. Padmini-Shamsher bonding- Beautifully done, with each and every expression and dialogue looking so genuine. Nothing looks forced just so to convince viewers about the upcoming marriage track. 

2. Rishabh-Radha scene: In spite of my reservations with the character Radha, I liked today's scene very much. The anguish and hurt accumulated inside Rishabh will not disappear in an instant just because he has fallen in love with his wife and she wants him to reconcile. The healing process for Rishabh has to be gradual, and that is where CVs strike the cord, first with that cake scene and now with today's scene. Glad they are not showing all sugary maa-beta patch up scenes in a hurry. I was touched to see how Radhaji was looking around in amazement just to make sure that it was her that her son was talking to. Credit goes to the actor here.

3. RK-Madhu scene: It was just Awww.. Madhu ka cute, golgappa, samajhdar pati. She manaofied RK in so RK style. She knew a normal 'sorry, mujhe maaf kardo' would not have worked on him. Madhu finally realizes the deeper emotions underlying mutual respect, concern and care between her parents. Courtesy, RK sowing this seed of thought in her mind and then her witnessing the mangalsutra and sweater scene today.

The way these two fight and patch up, it is so much as happens in real life couples. Couples in real life don't skulk over their fights for zillions of years as is shown in many other serials which drains the viewers of their emotional powers. Their relationship is so adorable and connectable for aam janta like us. And bonus, 2-2 hug ek hi episode me.. I am loving this subtle romance between these two.

Coming to Radha-deepali. I still have a feeling had Radhaji known the reason for RK-Madhu fight, she would have told deepali.

Radha-Madhu scene: Again highlights the selfishness of this lady.

The only reason Trishna has the audacity to throw so much attitude and venom at RK these days is that she knows he would keep quite for Madhu's sake. 

RK-bittuji scene was hilarious as usual.

Coming to Balraj, surprisingly he has a glimpse of his heroine and leaves.Hmm!!

A sincere reuest to CVs: Can we have some permanent solution for this deepali? Please. She took up 5 mins of screen space today. 

P.S: Did I mention how I am loving RK portraying the perfect husband these days? The way he askd her 'badi bacchi bankar sochna'...aww...

BOLD...Exactly...Seeing RK staying quiet while Trishna was going blah...blah...I was reminded of our usual mahaan soap heroines...RK sure could have shown some attitude and acted dismissive...It goes with his persona not,staying quite taking crap even when he wants to hide

Come on gals! Give him a slack. Today was not the day. Deeper things weighed on RK's mind. He was having a bad day and yet he was poised throughout all his executions for the day. He needed to be poised, if he had to be successful, Remember the whole day he had been dealing with craziness around him...Madhu and Balraj. And that too on a hungry stomach.  I really wonder, how he went on without food. Would Trishna have changed had RK showed any attitude ?

Moreover, seeing Trishna following them RK and Bittuji panicked. So their need to get away from her. Slyness and deceipt automatically makes you weak. That was RK's psychological state. Remember, RK does not like too much of ugly situations...

Trishna is Laaton ke Bhoot Baaton se nahin maante. She was a vain brat always, a tantrum queen even when she was nothing. She got slapped by Padmini, Roma and Shamsher. Only left people are Madhu and RK

I understand all that weighing on his mind and his need to get away from Trishna but,we are used to a particular way how a character acts in a given situation and I felt RK could still have gotten away from Trishna but,with a care not,dismissive look...But,then again it was not a big,important scene for me to keep fretting about...so,will let it go... but,just hope this is not how RK is going to be through out this track of him secretly launching Trishna...Him  following BSC to make sure he doesn't bother Trishna was nice though...

I understand you. And I really should not force my opinion on anyone in this regard.

 But yet again let me show this. Just hear me out. The guy patched up with Madhu in his own time, then embraced Padmini and Shamsher in time...with taunts, tantrums and now love...so much that without any word, just takes their blessings. He is in this deep mellowed state. The only person left out is Trishna. Trishna is sore point for both RK and Madhu. RK knows he used her like a doormat, worse than what he did for Shamsher. He used Trishna to get close to Madhu during Mukund days. And then he had asked for a ban on Trishna which he forgot for so many days. If he could fix up Shamsher's health and then forgive him when RK voluntarily did not desire any bad for Shamsher, how can he not go for retribution when he volunteered to ruin Trishna for the irritable gnat sister of Madhubala. Yes, he had insane apathy for Trishna just like he felt the disgust for Mukund's mother. But then this period of him is not about him living in disgust. This is about him correcting his mistakes.

Why does he not answer back Trishna in RK style? To me its like the same way why he does not answer back Dipali. Come to think of ...RK is a gentleman in his own way...I remember somewhere writing about that. He stays away from women in decent limits. He does not have the acid tongue that he uses mostly around him...and especially on Kuku, Sikky, his mother and later on Madhu, Padmini and Shamsher. Therefore, I was relatively surprised in the episode references that you showed to me where RK tells Trishna that he will destroy her career. The way he used the language...TU, Tujhe, that was SO CRASS and UN RKish, I was plain disgusted. I was aghast that he went out of his character. 

So how I relate the two is...she invokes so much disgust and lowliness in him when he is in vulnerable state that, he wouldn't want himself to be there again.  May be for viewers like me the writers showed RK, the way he behaved today in a justifiable manner.  May be they will soon show him showing her, her place if she says anything against Madhu.  His problem with Trishna right now is that, he happened to be the reason of her unhappiness and her cursing him and Madhu and secondly, she being Madhu's loved sister. He is just sandwiched between the two feelings.

Why he could tauntingly talk to Padmini and Shamsher. Because, even without Madhu's duhai...those two samaritans evoked so much respect from him that he tried to be cynical about it. It went on until he just wanted to embrace them. Sarcasm is a sense of humor usually employed only on the deserving and equals and not who keep whining and crying like Trishna. Gosh! He is a man. How can he keep on stand looking at the tears. If he tolerated his mother and her family, provided for her, if he said a Yes to Balraj madness, he can say Heck! and just stand there at Trishna madness.

Inspite of me feeling this way...no worries. I am sure the CVs have planned something nice for Trishna. You shall all be happy. Atleast Bittuji said something to Trishna.
