Events of the Episode
Night in MBVerse
- At Sultan's Place, Madhu and Aryan spend their time together. Both of them are very happy and their laughter reaches Sultan who is pensively thinking. Check out Zorica's 1st poster below. Its expressive.
- Meanwhiile at RK Mansion, over the dinner table, Sikky and Dipali are having dinner together. Sikky is upset and looking seriously at Dipali. When D asks what is bothering him, S asks her when her cameo role is going to end. As she refuses to answer, S tells her that he understands what's going on between her RK and her and how she stored 400 odd pics of RK and her and not even one pic of him. RK comes over to the table calls for his mother. D exlains that she is busy with work and gets ready to serve him and RK preempts that and serves himself the food. Sikky asks RK when D's cameo role is to end. RK categorically dismisses S that he cannot ask him the question, ofcourse with some dramatic dialogue. When Sikky chides RK to be serious, RK retorts Sikky that he utter dialogues to the extent he can handle. Sikky gets angry and leaves the table. Dips also follows him. Radhaji is watching all this and is apprehensive at the turn of events between the two step brothers.
Next Day in MBVerse
- At the Studio, RK looks at a fearful Shraddha, who is cautious not to upset him. RK tries to break the ice with her by asking if her hair-dresser is there. She says yes. And as RK calls for his Spot, he notices tgat hairdresserr for Shraddha is not Madhu,but some other girl. RK asks her where is Madhu. That girsl tells , M did not come for work and called in sick. RK starts messaging someone.
- Back to Sultan's place - M and Aryan are having "Panja ladana" (don't recall the english name) game and Aryan is winning. He finished his breakfast and its time to leave for M. The old man RN is grateful to M for taking care of the kid. M turns to Sultan, who returns her phone. As they go to the hall, Sultan, asks M, what does she want in return for her services. As M gives a blank face and lectures him of goodness, S listens to her. M ends the lecture saying she doesn't need money and next time he can just say Please to her without pointing a gun and she will be back for Aryan should she be needed. Sultan drops her at the Chawl.
- Chawl - M walks the chawl compound and sees people gathered in hordes outside waiting to watch something. She doesn't understand and reaches their apt, knocks the door and Trishna lets her in and immediately closes the door. M asks what's going on. T points out to RK who is waiting inside the Apt. M gets angry. T explains how RK was waiting outside and wanted to talk to her and since people had collected, she let him in. RK then asks T to give them time with each other. M protests but T leaves. The gist of the squabble they have is that RK wants to know why is she lying to her family and where is she spending her nights and who is that man who is doing the escorting. M refuses to answer him point-blank as he has no righst to ask her and shows him the door. When she opens the door, everyone outside is eagerly watching their door, Padmini is walking in. Episode ends.

To all those disappointed souls yesterday.
It was an interesting episode today. Very gripping drama with all its nuances and character flaws included. Must watch episode. Don't miss it. And honestly no review will be as good as you feel it when you watch it. Trust me.
Personally I liked the best scene; as between Sikky and RK. Looked liked RK's days are going to be short-lived before Sikky. RK in his disturbed state ignored Sikky, and this is going to cost him big time.

The tale of Rishabh Kundra, a poor little rich boy
Once upon a time a rich producer and his wife lived in a big mansion. Their only son, cute little Rishabh, was the apple of their eye. But then, Daddy committed suicide. Mommy married someone else. Rishabh grew up a little and acquired a girl friend. But she too ditched him for a new hero, his own step-brother.
Rishabh hardened his heart as he achieved incredible success at work. But he was sad and nothing made him smile. Then, something magical happened. A tough-talking, no-nonsense fairy entered his life. She spun webs of happiness around him and made him laugh.
Rishabh could not bear it. He had not had such happiness in a long, long time. So he tore up all the fairy webs and crushed them under his foot. He threw the fairy out of his life and made her cry and cry.
Now the fairy has found another cute little kid called Aryan. Same story - deprivation amidst all material comforts. So the fairy has set out to make another little boy smile and spin her webs around him. He may make her cry eventually too, but that's another story. You see, the fairy likes cute little boys deprived of love.
Rishabh cannot bear it again. She's his fairy! All his! She can only make him smile, and he's the only one who's supposed to make her laugh or cry. Yesterday, Rishabh threw a hissy fit at the fairy. But she was stern with him and threw him out. She's happy with her new boy!
Will Rishabh suck it up like a man and move on or howl like the little boy he is? Will Aryan keep laughing with the fairy and keep her laughing?

Ok... I don't know where to say this, so am saying it here...
I like all the male characters of this show, past , present and the latest entry Bhujang(from the IF) more than the females...
There was Mr.Senior Bhatia, who was interesting in the beginning but alas was royally ignored!!! Mr. Junior Bhatia is getting interesting, especially after today's epi... More power to you !!!! Bittuji, RK and Malik obviously:)
Coming to the latest entrants, Sultan has failed to impress me as of now...But ofcourse he needs some time... But from the new IF video of Siddharth Vasudev...am all in for this Sultan-Shastri drama... I say CV's bring it on!!! Show me some action between these two don's!!!! A dhasoo face-off between these two!!! Hope I won't get disappointed!!! Shastri has already attracted me and he sort of reminded me of AB's sarkar look...
Finally Shastri's entry makes me look forward to the drama in the MEIEJ!!!
ETA: Oops!! I forgot Balraj Chaudhary yaar!!!! Man, he was just too good with his sheer madness and what an amazing screen presence!!!

Guys, please spare us Redemption, realization, revenge discussion. Can we just bask in the glory of entertainment that the episode brought to us ? Just be it. Think what you want. Today it was drama of actions and reactions. And spare us from heavy moralizing and sermonising words. We are not in a church attending Sunday service everyday that we need to be puritanical in our enjoyment everyday.

Wow! I super liked today's episode. That was a kick-ass reaction and delivery of words and expressions by Madhu today. This has been long pending. Finally Madhu's day did arrive.
Sikky finally is shaken out of his sheepish slumber, and I hope they continue to work on the glimpse of his character that they showed of him today. RK is now in a confused state of mind. His love and obsession for Madhu is overriding his other signature characters of his own. He is getting the taste of his own medicine and how!
I understand that Madhu is soft-hearted and all that but I find it quite weird that she would give in to Sultan or any stranger for that matter into doing what she has been doing for the last couple days. Like staying out, lying, and not feeling very perturbed or guilty about a stranger manipulating etc. There are reasons being shown or told, subtly or sinisterly, but still. It could also be due to her cynical reaction to what's been happening with her life of late that has led her to take this nonchalant approach. She is learning to deal with the harsh reality, and this sudden turn of this out-of-ordinary event helps her recoup.
Sultan, I will wait for some more time to know what is it for this character in this show. But so far he has been doing really well. No wasted words, no over expression. But can't say anything until we get more insight in this guy.
I understand Paddy. Madhu has been driving you off your mind way too much and she needed that treatment and you needed to vent too.
All in all a good episode after a long time.

We don't know what he is thinking and we should not know for plot reasons of him being mysterious. Its classic comparison and recalling scene planted in our minds to recall even RK's mysteriousness.
What I felt looking at the lighter scene...was ...ME: "so here you(Sultan) show me that you are registering what's going on between your son and Madhu". And He was sitting on that throne of his...a high seat of power.
So I felt, he was thinking...how about have Madhu permanently take care of his child so that he becomes free and is able to rule his Don-dom in serious manner.
In underworld, people are recruited only after being tested for their character. So Sultan next day deliberately tests Madhu if she is mercenary person...all this while she yaps...see her yapping bothers the viewers, but it does not bother him...infact he is afraid of her eyes and so careful what she sees and what she perceives. IMO he is presently assessing her character and therefore went back to get her making her see him as a concerned father. It could all be his need manipulated in such a away that Madhu feels herself the Mother Teresa and Sultan by doubting her as mercenary is planting further Mother Teresa seed in her so that Madhu does things by herself and not at his gunpoint. In underworld, devotion and passion is all self-motivated. So Sultan is adding all that character to Madhu unknowing to her...so that she takes care of Aryan, whether he is there or not.
All this gets him his want...someone to take care of his son, while he continues his risky business, Sultan just like that cannot hire a governess, a nurse etc, He needs a quality one. So scouting and testing people in new place.
All this I got from watching the episode.
When I watched the IF video afterwards I felt, I was right about Sultan wielding some kind of power and that he does think. Bhujang Shashtri's interview tells us that Sultan has come from outside, toppled local power and that's why he also dresses kind of different from others...so lets see.

Depends on whether it is curiosity or concern. One of the aspects of RK's character that I've felt is very attractive, is the sense that he has an intrinsic core of morality (if we keep aside the big Revenge.) So yes, it doesn't seem like he will resort to that as a matter of curiosity, but at some point, if he feels like there is a basis to be concerned, he will probably do it (remember the bodyguards he hired.) And also, he is under pressure, becoming increasingly frustrated - how will that impact his judgement and actions? Just wondering....

@bold - Historically in the story, he has shown...He exceptionally shines under duress and stress. His mind actually thrives in those difficult times. Look at him, only after a disturbing dream, his mind is actually thinking. He has actually bounced back. You think that he was not expecting Madhu to react the way she reacted. But above that he had that concern for her and himself needed to assess his level of involvement in her current situation. And jaate, jaate, as he saw she is obstinate and has not given out anything, he handed over the matter to Padmini...like always. Lets leave badtameezi out of equation for now...that is something like stress busting byproduct of his character. That does not mean at all that others cannot be badtameez with him. He is always ears to anyone who seems to be saying anything worth hearing to.
