Of Mommy Taunts and scolds, Frightful Dream, Irritating Hug, Unpleasant witnessing, Hiding things from Family,  Sane Shooting Scenes

Events of the Episode

1. Radhaji comes home, pensive at the reaction Madhu gave to RK. She is convinced that something did happen to Madhu and she is not alright as she tried to convince everyone. Dipali hovers around her and pardon me for clipping her interaction. RK enters in anger and walks to his room. D tries to follow him and R stops her. 
2. RK takes a liquor bottle and starts gulping down from the tumbler. R comes and taunts him if he is getting all the answers from the liquor that Madhu refused to give answers to. R mentions that she too wants to ask him, with what right he was waiting for M to come back all safe. RK gets up and tries to mask his concern as stemming from his need to keep up MCP Macho image where he cannot afford M to be coming home with a man as then people will think she dumped him as against him dumping her.
3. R is disgusted with his masquerade and says he used to say good dialogues, but now shoots B grade dialogues from a B grade movie star. She asks him to continue with his drink and wishes him luck to get answers from it that he seeks. She leaves the room. RK is unable to continue the drink and takes the bottle to his bed and slumps on the bed and soon dozes off.
4. RK has a dream. Where M calls him. She is in the same dress. RK runs to her and asks how is she. Before she answers he sees that she is looking elsewhere. He turns in that direction and sees pair of the same eyes that had dropped Madhu at athe chawl gate. He warns the guy not to come near Madhu, not touch her as she is his wife. But the guy beckons M with his hands on and M start to go. RK yells and tells the guy he has to tackle him before he can reach M. The guy takes a dagger and strikes RK and M shrieks RK. RK wakes up from the dream in all sweat, breaking the bottle and bleeding his hand.
5. RK is panic stricken, makes a mental note that M is not safe and wants to call her, searches for her number from his mobile. D enters with breakfast, watches RK's hand hurt, applies band-aid. Meanwhile RK again attempts to call M when D throws the phone away. Rk emotionally wreck, takes Dips support, hugs her and seeks assurance from her(D) that nothing will happen to her(M) else he shall die. Stupid scene with hug and hand touch, we get it that RK did not know from whom he was seeking assurance, but CVs could have shown Bittuji or Radhaji, but because they shall get to know RK's state of mind they used Dips. Even Sikky would have been better, but he was left so that he catches Dip red-handed hugging RK. Yes, Sikky enters RK's room (yeah nowadays even Sikky enters RK's room, its a dharamshala so anyone can enter) sees Dips hugging RK. He calls out Dips and RK's name, D panics and leave the room. Sikky upset.
6. Bittuji calls RK and informs shoot time. On the side, M also gets ready to go to studio against Padmini's wishes. Trishna tells M that she realizes that M has been hiding things from them from few days. M is evasive and masking her real intentions. She reaches studio does the hair for Shraddha. 
7. RK comes and he too gets ready for his scene. He notices M, is not abnoxious or giving lover boy looks, is just seriously watching her, but at the same time is able to do a romantic scene with Shraddha in all seriousness. M looks on greatly affected at the romantic scene. We get a feeling as if she is angry that RK through this act has made her fall in love with him. Episode ends.

Episode Reviews - By Myself

If it is NOT clunk, can I call CV's dilemma? Or have they really done their homework well ?!

This was one feeling that I got from yesterday's episode. Continuing on the same unimpressive traits of Madhu and RK,... They totally confuse me with the new plotline.

I am not getting why the CVs are showing SHARP contrast as Black and White for RKs Conscious and Subconscious/Retro State. Why with his mother, he really has to give the B Grade type of dialogues and then dream almost the exact reality; which btw is diametrically opposite to what he consciously projects to others. Why did he sense danger, compromise/hostage, concern and loss?!!! Are CVs trying to set a trap for me to imagine something that is not the case ?

Why they are showing Madhu back to work in studio ?!! Didn't she quit or was it only being quitting as Dipali's hairdresser ?!! Is she running away from her family (Padmini and Trishna)?!!!!  thinking they might read her expressions?!!!! While Padmini has stopped understanding Madhu these days and is just happy for Madhu looking normal, Trishna is able to see that Madhu has started hiding things. Trishna thinks something must be going on between RK and Madhu and probably that could be the reason why he was at the chawl waiting for her.  

But now I am really confused what does Madhu want now. She won the challenge, She is able to answer back RK, She told him he needs to be fixed, She dumped him...Seems now she wants to be indifferent to him right in front of him. Is that the case? Am I getting it right ?!!! I can only wonder.

Why does RK who has to be "behosh" (unconcious/not in senses/trance) before Dipali only and get hugged by her and not before Madhu and there he becomes the perfect actor, may be looking repugnant to Madhu. Is that difference needed ? Is that even possible to be highly in senses before the object who happens to be the reason sending you in trances/dream?!!!!. Or RK losing his senses before Dipali is the only way to make Sikky realize something going on between RK and Dips? !!!!. By the looks of it, the day is not far of when RK and Dips might have a one-night stand together. Will Sikky have to see that ? And just because he has to see, it do I have to bear witness to that ? I am terribly confused now.

And Sultan and his old man, getting more and more mysterious. Now Sultan needs Madhu's services. Is there a reason behind all this or not ? Look he came to her studio. Now weren't we right he knew she was the hairdresser. Doesn't she look like a bait for Sultan's plan to get RK...because now RK's dream also suggests the same thing. If not; that this is just pure coincidence; ...then can we be spared of more coincidence ? Please...

The only person for whom I felt bad was Radhaji, when listening to that ugly explanation for his concern and his "haque" jataana over Madhu, she called him RK and showed him her mind at his class-less behaviour. She was upset at the total absense of decorum in RK's explanation of his behavior. She retreated from the insanity of the situation and the man who happens to be her son. That's the message she passed on to me.

And lastly the only person who brought cheer to me was Shraddha.  She was like a breeze, a breather who reminded me that it is still a SANE world if people stop worrying about Rishbala. Alas!!! She was on the screen for just 2 minutes. I want more screentime for her. BASS Haque hai yeh Mera !!!

Okay let me write something and then you might get the idea. I am going by Peach's analogy. She termed his dream as Insecurities. His insecurity is always about losing his loved one.  

Its very complex and muddled the way he took the revenge. Part of his subconscious allowed that conscious revenge because that removes his fear of losing Madhu as his loved one. And for that he consciously also wants to maintain that Madhu is not his loved one and he can live all alone in all glory of the life he created for himself.

But he is really breaking down with all kinds of incoherence in his present psyche. That he is being wrong, his subconscious knows and his conscious is able to accept when someone is pointing fingers at him. However as many observed, why not just accept he loves her.

This is where my guesswork starts. His whole edifice of not loving anyone, not making anyone that precious to himself has to be brought down. His issue was that he would be abandoned when he keeps loving his loved one. So he is not loving anyone and no abandonment. But then he now feels that he is dying from within. Now I really do not know why when drunken he said he is dying from within...was he dying because 1) Madhu is no more 2) He abandoned Madhu 3) He feels he lost something precious

Now in today's dream, Madhu comes to him, beckons him, but he sees her hypnotized and drawn to another stronger force, a man who is ready to kill him should RK come in between to fight him.  The dream was like RK was left with no choice but to lose Madhu inspite of the fact that Madhu still calls him and is concerned for him as that man strikes him. As in he is compromised to simply lose Madhu and die anyways. Can he just accept this truth of his losing love or not being reciprocated in love just love keep loving Madhu ? Can I hope for that ? Is it too much to ask ? because then his insecurity will go away. But who knows what CVs have planned for him...turning one kind of insecurity into another insecurity...

Plus in his dream...he called her his BIWI...again sense of relationship/ownership that cannot be snatched away from him...and yet he is losing her. He is again being his own enemy. He has no biwi and he cannot experience any kind of loss and yet he wants to go through that loss...for what...obviously to realize that he loves his Biwi.

Oops!! I did not factor that in. These days, we see only RK the Superstar who is not supposed to have any kind of defeats in his life.  My error.

Can I rephrase all the three into one...Pain, suffering for not being reciprocated in love. Does that make sense ? That is what MAdhu's pain is...not having ever been loved by him. Doesn't RK also have to know that, understand what it is to be rejected, that pain, that suffering...stemming from unrequited love... In his abandonments, atleast...parents part, he knew they loved him.

the dream was really that impactful for me. All the three characters in the scene and yes the pathos as Uttara put it was really there.

And don't you doubt it. When you feel it, you always bring it out in your writing. For me the dream was the most powerful scene followed by the denouement of his other scene at the studio. Considering his breakdown through his dream, I was alarmingly surprised at the poise he maintained through his exterior when acting his scene with Shraddha. After being dumped by Madhu, after being shown a image of his in the mirror by his mother, and after the dreadful dream, I thought he may not be able to work. But he respectfully maintained his distance with Madhu and shot his scene. 

So these two contrasting scenes heightened the drama for me.  To me through that dream, I was imagining a RK...who was being bulldozed into a rubble.

I should tell about this post to Preet and Zoya. Going to office now ...I forgot my charger there.

Btw...surprisingly Dips did not affect me even one bit. Ever since RK splashed water on her face, she does not affect me now, as soon the CVs show something happening to Dips. I did not like the hug and that touching, but it was nothing new...Dips is every ready to pounce on him when he is in his weakest state...like the time of him being medicated and she comes and seduces him with "Raat Akeli hai"...he imagines it is Madhu.

What I really want to know...and anyone can explain it to me...Of course he was still in trance. Who was RK actually seeing the woman as ? He was trying to call MAdhu and was not finding the number, so was it really Dips that he was seeing ? Because he did not acknowledge her and yet took her emotional support. He did not even register Sikky.  Inspite of all this, I really don't know why I did not go into any convulsions...it was like I knew Dips scene will end just like that...but the dumb expression that I saw on Sikky's face made me feel...Sikky might not even understand even if he sees Dips sleeping besides RK...as in how much dumb Sikky can be. Keeping fingers crossed that Sikky finally grows his brains with this exposure of Dips kalabaazi and dhokebaazi.

Raghuvir Shekhawat was saying that redemption track is on for RK ...and said that if people don't see it then it is their failure. But through your post, he now can be happy. They have activated the dormant buds in you.

I feel the disappointment for Sikky. The CVs are completely at loss how to keep Dipali pestering RK and yet not offend TRP audience. And conveniently they are relegating Sikky to a RETARD. Truly, is Sikky a retard ? Not to see what is his wife upto ?

And RK's character the way it is spiralling down beyond reconciliation, including losing sense when Dipali is around him, he is will soon start giving a stiff competition to Lindsay Lohan. Gone is his intelligence, gone is his ability to control people and all in the name of clunk drama that Dipali needs to be part of the show. Period. She is RK's satellite. Period. She can never be retired. Period. 

Then a word of advise. How about a rigorous rehab course for both RK and Dipali, come out all cured, divorce their respective spouses and get married to each other and live happily ever after.

Because today what they showed is confusing. Dipali wants to snuggle close to RK, but cannot have Sikky see it. Then what was she doing last week in the studio, constantly cuddling close to RK at the party in front of all and Sikky. Why the hypocrisy today by the CVs. They could have as well shown Dips saying...Sikky go away from here, I am busy with RK. Don't you see dumbhead.

The CVs think they can show any crap. I think Colors needs to present all the CVs and actors the deserving break. Let them all go for a vacation because they have lost it. They should take a season break...coz all of them have lost it...what is it they want to show. One episode they show Dips hiding alcohol for 10 minutes and next episode we have Sikky offering her alcohol and RK asking her to take vodka and Rads doesn't know what to say.

Are the CVs even keeping track of their waves and troughs of their characterization creative frequency ??!!

I agree. It looks like Madhu is hiding things, running away from her family, retreating into her own self. But, how can a mother in Padmini not sense this? She really thinks Madhu is being normal?

How can she fail to see that Madhu is withdrawing herself from this world, evading all their questions. Is it so difficult for her to see that her daughter is not at all moving on and just burying everything deep inside her and that it will be impossible to move on, until she breaks free from the crazy whim of lurking around RK?

Nice!     While watching that loathsome scene of Dips with RK, and Sikky walking in, I thought that someone should explain to Dips one of the fundamentals rules of marriage - You can look but not touch! (well, that is, if you want to stay married)
