Bittuji-RK Split. The Swagger is gone from the Sher. The Sherni upholds herself in dignity.

Events of the Episode

1. Bittuji offers his resignation. The emotional angst between the two 10 year long friends, boss- employee escalates with Madhu being the reason. RK is angry and instead of accepting his resignation, decides to have Bittuji thrown out of the mansion through Sikky. On his part, Bittuji does not keep quiet and asks RK to get back his Bhabhiji as he loves her and no one can fill that place in his heart and home. RK gets angrier by each word and slaps Bittuji hard. Radhaji panics, but Bittuji taunts RK that he is proven right and that RK indeed does love his Bhabhiji. RK throws Bittuji out.
2. Madhu joins her old parlour for work. Trishna drops her at work. Madhu is recognized by one of the clients as Madhubala Kundra but another one informs her that she is ex-wife of RK. Madhu handles the clients well and answers that she is no more a Kundra and is Madhubala Shamsher Malik.
3. RK goes to his sets for the new Film "Dard-E-Ishq". He is introduced to the new heroine, who is excited to work with him. When the director calls him for the Muhurat Pooja, RK asks the heroine to do the honours. Later when director comes to explain him the scene and goes about the part of Heroine sitting on the jhoola (swing), RK is swept into memories spent with Madhu during Karwa Chouth night over the swing in the studio. He remembers the laughing scene post "Daadiamma Daadiamma song". RK comes out of reverie and asks the director to remove the jhoola sequence and fit something else. Throughout we see that RK has lost his swaggering act.
4. Dipali visits the parlour and has Madhu do her pedicure. Sorry guys, I am not going to write about the scene. Its 8 minutes long boring scene where Dips just wants to insult Madhu and leaves nothing. In the end fed up, Madhu gives it back to Dips by clipping her toe-nail hard. A dignified Madhu looks on at a put-out Dips

Denouement completed and New days started.

Bittuji-RK scene

As long as the act of denouement was getting completed with scene between Bittuji and RK, I was observing the two men. The two men behaved the way they always behave.  Some of you remembered AB - Hritik scene from K3G.  I was remembering the scene between AB-Asrani in Abhimaan. Asrani defends his Bhabhi and leaves his job. Later on Asrani goes to see Jaya (Uma) and makes her his sister instead of Bhabhi.

If Radhaji said all that yesterday with more in favour of Madhu, humanity and disgust at what her son has turned out to be, today, Bittuji, the closest person to RK with 10 years of history, seeing him through struggle and success, having been his punching bag, had deep felt emotional sympathy for RK. More than anyone knew, Bittuji knew what would happen to RK now. That speaks of something. Today, he made an ethical decision, inspite of being emotional. He knew he cannot leave RK alone at this point of time and yet he left him, which seemed a mammoth task at hand to him. That was something.

RK showed another low-side to us and Bittuji. Because Bittuji was his employee, he wanted to be the boss and upperhand and calls Sikky to throw our Bittuji. Another low...

New Days for MBVerse

Wow!!!! Now I really wonder at the number of changes seen under new times for RK

1. When his mother became his equal at tantrums, he was scared but never crossed the line. He was not egoistic.
2. When he was called to light the lamp for his new film, he asked that new actress do the honours.
3. Was using Sikky, just a one time act for him...because Sikky is that dumb and am I to believe that RK will have Sikky as his secretary ? It was just to belittle Bittuji.
4. And RK very well acknowledges his life mired in Madhu's memories and trying to bottle them up instead of just taking them as it comes. Now that confuses me to no end. Why would you not shoot the scene with the jhoola scene with another actress, if Madhu did not mean anything to you ? Now even if she meant something to you in the past, and now your revenge is completed and it is time to move on...why not take the approach of Madhu...just move on, trampling all memories...after all objectively speaking, it was just a scene. Where was Madhu in it. How will it serve any purpose to bottle up the memory instead of exposing it and thereby erasing it completely. 
5. This new leaf of RK is not the one I saw pre-Madhu slapping him. He used to be humorous, but also sending shivers down...now this RK is looking responsible and decent. May be the guy was like this and that's why he was so successful. And what is the story he gave out in the press for his split with his wife. Seriously...what did he give to Sheela Ramani ? Curiosity kills me.

New Days for Madhu and how she is dealing with it.

She dealt it nicely. Answering the ladies and handling Dipali in her own manner.

Tomorrow, we will see Madhu handling the press. I am so excited about this scene that I cannot help writing about it...When first time she handled it, she was passionate and RK missed her sympathetic start and heard only the passionate part leaving him angrier and in vengeful mode. Tomorrow, we don't know which part RK hears...but imp thing is how naively Madhu is handling press and trying to be dignified about her break-up. Woes of being in public life. But Wow!!! Looking forward to see it tomorrow.

New days for Dipali

She put me to sleep. I thought she was supposed to tell the story of Geedhad and somehow ended up telling the story of Gadha. Really was there any such story ? Seriously. The woman went awn and awn...and I was damn bored and I was like ...poor Madhu, how bored she must have been. And...now Dipali started suddenly exercising...why did she not when Madhu was there ? Why O Why? Okay, who gets to control her now ? Because if she takes so much screen time, then TRPs will fall...because she is turning into another Mukund Dikshit.  Don't you all feel so ? You just yawn looking at her.  I don't even want to ask CVs how could they sell us the idea that Dipali, got to know of Madhu's parlour and that she intuitively knew that Madhu will join the parlour the same day. Because if I ask...it will mean Dips ko Bhaav dena ho jayeega (giving value to Dips). I would rather just ignore her and wish everyone just switches on to another channel so that TRPs fall so much that Dips is shown the exit. Or maybe I will just tweet this portion and then start yawning...Hmm!!! Thinking abt the best possible approach...

New Days for SD

SD is conphoozed. She doesn't know what she's gonna see ahead is going to be interesting to her. One chapter of RK and Madhu's life over. Was interesting to see how denouement completed and how they were moving on. But the build up towards new chapter...will take time. Good respite for me...Bahut ho gaye the A rated episodes. Time to have the show get back into B or B+ mode. Let things fall into place. It will be nice to be quietened and detached for a while. Definitely change was felt in the air. 

Bittuji - RK relationship analysis

Bittooji said that his relationship with RK is 10 years old. RK recently celebrated his 5th anniversary of entering the film industry. I never realized their relationship was so old, that they knew each other for so long. It makes today's episode, and Bittooji's reaction, that much more touching. This also means that Bittooji was with RK before he became a superstar, before he got all the fame, when RK was still a struggling actor ... and when RK was with Dipali maybe? How well does this guy know RK, if he is surprised by what RK has done? And how much does this speak for the fear RK has to open up himself to anyone and be his real self with them?

Now it all makes sense...

Why Bittooji was so loyal to RK? Why RK let him close and trusted him implicitly? Why RK felt upset when he saw Bittooji supporting Madhu and last of all how Bittooji knew about Dips. Why he would get Shamsher beaten up?

@red: Angeena...He does know RK and that is the point. He probably knows Rk more closely than Radha or Madhu...he knows that RK would never do what he has done. He knows that RK is on a self-destructive spree and has destroyed the only good thing in his life. He does not know why but he does know that he has to stop RK. This also gives me confidence that at some point he might reach out to Madhu and explain RK's complexities.

What Bittuji did today, was a big step forward in RKs realization of his true feelings for Madhu. I am not understanding why so much fuss about Bittuji getting slapped. Wasn't it intentional on Bittuji's part to get slapped? He provoked RK to bring out his real emotions. The purpose was served. This is just like Padmini slapping RK incident. RK had a motive behind it, and it was achieved. And even though Bittuji left RK, he will still be there wishing for his well being. He will be there for his chief when he needs it. That much I am sure of Bittuji.

If you think from RKs POV, Bittuji leaving him is a big big blow to him. Both professionally and personally. The man has been with him for 10 years. Bittjuji was the only person RK allowed close to him, making him privy to his joys and plights over the course of past years. Imagine what kind of a shock it must have been to RK, to see Bittuji handing over his resignation to him. He was so disheartened to day. It was clearly visible. I am not sympathizing with RK. The only thing that matters here, setting the dice rolling for RKs realization. And this will surely knock some sense down in him sooner or later, when he will see his work and life in mess in Bittuji and Madhu's absence.

[SD]: RK reminisces his unplanned moments with Madhu as the director explains a scene over the swing.

The best person to understand RK is Bittuji, Radhaji and Madhu; each of them have at one point of time said that its not easy to know and understand RK...Bittuji in hospital to Madhu, Madhu to Padmini at Chawl in her first trip post jagraata, Radhaji saying, "he has blackened himself" in earlier episodes. While Radhaji and Bittuji know for sure that RK loves Madhu and he is denying and shunning love for his ego satisfaction, we are not sure at this point what Madhu makes of it. As I see it Madhu is not hurt because RK said he avenged himself for the 4 slaps, Madhu is hurt by the fact that the man said he did not love her and all in his ego. So at this time all three people that RK cares about are all on the same page more or less of what RK has done.
